The Scholarship Application Deadline is Almost Here!


The application deadline for our 2016-17 scholarship awards is fast approaching! January 31, 2017 is the last day to submit scholarship applications to the PanHellenic Scholarship Foundation.


To be eligible to apply for a scholarship, applicants must: be US Citizens or US permanent residents; be of Hellenic descent; be a full-time undergraduate student at an accredited 4-year university in Fall 2016; and have a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA. Greek American college students from all fifty states are encouraged to apply for the scholarship awards. Apply by January 31! The scholarship application and the qualification criteria, requirements, and guidelines are available on our website.

The Foundation annually awards $250,000 in scholarships to exceptional college students of Hellenic descent. Twenty (20) Awards of $10,000 each are offered based on academic achievement and financial need, and twenty (20) awards of $2,500 each will be granted based solely on academic achievement.


The Foundation has awarded $2.5 million in scholarships to 366 students since it was established. With the Foundation's assistance, our scholarship recipients have attended such elite schools as Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Stanford, Cornell, Columbia, Northwestern, UC-Berkeley, MIT, The University of Chicago, and Johns Hopkins, among many other prestigious universities.


The PanHellenic Scholarship Foundation annually presents its scholarships at its Awards Ceremony & Gala. Our next gala will take place on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at the Hilton Chicago. Please join us as we honor our outstanding scholarship award recipients!
